SerumNZ respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
We don’t use tracking cookies or advertising trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
- To tell you about our launch, products and early access.
- To reply to your enquiries.
We will only send you marketing emails if you’ve joined our waitlist, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run our email and forms ([PROVIDER NAME]), who may store data outside New Zealand. We only use providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to New Zealand law.
How long we keep it
